I'm so sorry you have to go through this nonsense I mean seriously for 2 fucking grams man that is totally shocking!Down here you wouldnt get that at all for starters if it's your first time they give you a warning and if your an offender they summons you straight away on the spot but not jail time bloody hell (and it depends on which state you live in and your age.) Well I just hope that your court case goes really well and that you don't go to jail.Good Luck with it all.

Were taking this case to trial by jury by my request cuz I really really dont want to face deferred adjudication and do probation and get a UA, im hoping that somehow we can get this case off or if i do get slammed i will only have to do a minimal amount of days in jail. unfortunatly my attourny said that the maximum could be up to six months if they wanted to hit me the Rating: 5
