Paint does work, you need to use the cutting tool, resizing the frame won't resize the picture.

Use this tool in the pic (circled) to capture your picture, then drag the corners to get it just right.

I've tried the Paintbrush application, but it chops the picture from the bottom right up and the pic looks awful. I think I've asked this before, but the program that was suggested didn't work.
