no, it is not correct. all the ruling did was leave things as they were before the court hearing. the states with legalized med use are still issuing new permits and we're still growing...

the co-ops will be closely scrutinized however so expect to read more bust stories out of california. but regular users/growers shouldn't expect anything more than what we had before. still no reason to parade the plants around the neighborhood...be cool, stick within the guidelines and we'll have no probs...
