First of all people who this that weed isn't bad at ALL are idiots because weed is bad, some people abuse it and its expensive and it does make you pretty dumb if you do to much for an extended period of time. It affects reaction time in some people (I for one am quick as a rabbit when im high) but weed is also good for relaxing appriciating music and just having fun. So it has its ups and downs but imo its far less harmless than both smoking and drinking.
