How much Adderall XR

I didn't know if anyone would read my question under that other thread so here it is again.

I just happened across some through a friend and wondered how I should take it since it's those teeny little balls inside the capsule. Do you crush them, or take it as is? And how much do you take at a time? I have 100 mg. Thanks.

well is the XR stands for extended release which i think it does,they consist of tiny beads.I think each capsule is 20mg's i believe.So if you want to insuffflate(snort) them,crush up the beads with a piece of paper over the beads and a bic or something,carefully. I would recommend snorting 20mg's to start.If you want to take it orally take around 40mg's to start.Either way it is a semi-enjoyable buzz.I say that beacuse there is about 15 minutes i like,and then a long ass comedown.

I hate the beads,and luckily anyone i know has ritalin.I love crushing up two 20's and fuckin doin' a honkin ass line! I usually run str8 for the shitter,lol. Then when all is gone i drink and smoke myself to sleep.

i have no idea what the name of different kinds are called but the ones your talking about dont work as much as the regular pills. these ones didnt do shit to me, just made me waste a few bucks.
