I roll with Duth Masters, my second choice are Phillies and blunt wraps are my absolute last resort.
To get the outer wrap off carefully work your thumb over the mouth piece until you see it lift up. You might have to moisten it with your tongue, then begin to roll it off with your thumb until you can simply unwrap it. Give it to somebody to breath on and keep it moist, or put it some where it wont dry out. If it does dry out you can steam it to moisten it.
Find the seam of the second wrap and either cut it down the side or peel it open and remove the tobacco. You may also want to cut the mouth end off for easier rolling.
Put in your weed broken up how ever you like it, fold the paper and roll with your thumb and index finger until its tight, the hard part is about here when you have to flip the bottom up and lick it shut. While the blunt is still moist from your spit take the outer wrap again and roll it back on applying wetness where you need to.

Then I know some people who simply wrap the cigar down the side, remove the tobacco, put the weed in, grab it really tight, flip and lick. If you're in a hurry this works but the result often burns quickly and unevenly.
