Half baked is a buzzkill for you?? Of course they smoke in that movie. I can name several scenes:

Dave Chappell's character gets home from work and says "So yall wanna smoke?"
...and they do.

DAve Chappell, Jim Brewer and Snoop dog share a spliff on some stoop.

Dave Chappell is making a delivery to that rap singer and the two share a smoke.

Now if you mean they don't actually smoke real bud, then yes, that's true.
