probation? the cop said it will be like a 75$ fine cause its a first offence. Its not even going on my record... it was a small amount too so i think probation is a little extreme. im 16 by the way

bro the cops here in boulder dont do shit i got caught with like an ounce and a gallon of whiskey and i just kicked it under the seat in my car and he let me go scot free

lol that's funny, yup when i got arrested the cop TOLD ME it was going to be a minimal fine (he indicated under 500) and that nothing else would really happen, boy did that fuckin pig lie to me, read all what happened to me. be prepared for the worst, that way if the worse don't come you'll feel better and happy when it doesn't. and should it come you won't be quite as pissed/upset.

i got 6 months probation and had to pay court costs which were like a $100 when i got busted for possesion.

My tutor in school (for registration and shit) used to be a narcotics officer, and he is the coolest person ever, he said when he was a cop, that he was like undercover getting in with dealers, and had to like be shooting up and shit to look the part, so he must have a lot of will power to just stop doing that shit..
Also he said, if me or my mates get caught with weed, not to deny it or hide it, and the cop will let us go and not confiscate or anything because it's too much paperwork for them.
And he used to chill in the classroom with us at lunch with the door locked so we could roll spliffs in peace and not get caught, so he's a cool guy. On the last day of school, after the last exam he went for a smoke with us (just cigs) but that was cool of him, as he would have got in trouble if found out

someone i knew was either a cop or someone in his family was a cop and he told me to do the same exact thing (after i told him the story posted earlier) he said don't lie about it just be straight up with them and tell them why you have it (i have more reasons then just for fun) and the cop will more than likely confiscate your stuff and let you go or even just let you go with it ....he said they get really pissed when you try to lie about it

My Brother a few years back got busted while smoking pot with his buddys behind a old skating rink,the cops swooped around his car and the pot was thrown under his seat lol,he was busted for about 30 joints rolled up in the pack of cigerett container,when he went to court he got a small fine,and was given papers to go down to the cop shop and retriebe his hot knives,propane tank,and hooter that he used for smoking the weed through,believe it or not the hooter was blocked full of resin! and they gave it back to him????true story..
