I think after the first iceage, that killed the dinosaurs and not quite man, fucked the DNA in mammels and humans. When dinosaurs romed the earth, they were massive. There were 700pound warthogs, dragonflys with a wing span of 9ft, and an animal much like the kangaroo, that was over 9ft tall. Everything was so much bigger than and there was no environmental damage to be done by man, letting everything evolve without interference. Things would live for twice as long as they do now. Humans lived for over a hundred years.

Things have slowed down tremendosly in my opinion. None of us will see another evolution from apes because it may take another million years. My 2cents.
