i don't take offense to anything really. i've just spend literally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours going over all of this, and have reached a conclusion.

You don't think maybe this conclusion was biased a little, biased by your pre-existing opinions?

Amateur video footage showing the attack showed NO signs of tamperment. I am afraid that evidence is far more probative than the testimony of frightened, confused people.
