Ok, the very first picture you took, the leaves look droopy. How often do you water? What's the temp in your grow chamber? Answer those and we can help you stop the droopiness.

I wouldn't worry about transplanting now. If you try and do that, the dirt in your containers aren't clumped together yet held together by roots. Moving it now can kill them. So just leave them in there until they have a few more sets of leafs on(2-4weeks) it.
