I have a membership, I want to be able to pm non members AND members, this would totally be worth the sign up fee.

If someone signs up as a member and spams will know within 24 hours, and can kick them out, while still keeping the membership fee. The beauty being, everyone hates a spammer and no one will be likely to buy whatver they are spamming about, AND you get to keep their entrance fee in the deal thus proving spam doesn't pay.
(maybe you could fine extra for spammers too like some sort of advertising fee or something)

and...perhaps members could get more storage space in the online albums, special avatar access (like bigger ones or more to choose from), and maybe a choice of how your profile is laid out, or maybe the profile colors or something.

lots of ppl on the boards keep asking for avatars...maybe have a small avatar bank for non members, large one for members. I'd volunteer to look for avatars, or even custom make a few with flash and stuff.

I'm a cafe member but I've never used PM. I was high when I signed up and it seemed like a good idea at the time. So, if anyone would like to pm me for any reason (how's the weather in your neck of the woods?) then I wouldn't feel like such an idiot for spending money on something I never use. Plus, I'm really lonely and need some sort of human interaction. Please take pity on me.

...boom, right there you confused the issue...so, I don't think anyone knew for sure, what you were saying or meant to downplay your query ...By the way, I would like to have the ability to PM, but I don't mind paying for the right and I agree with Ron's reasoning on the issue, of course you would of had to read the other 10 threads about the same thing in order to understand...I suppose.
