Restricting PMs to paid members only greatly reduces problems, such as PM spam and related nonsense.

An alternative for folks, who are not Cafe Members, is to post their IM(s) and/or Email address(es) in their public user profile.

No I wanted paid members to be able to pm anyone, not anyone being able to pm anyone. There's some ppl with no contact info (online paranoia) who I would have loved to PM with some info. Of course if a member spams you can kick them out, and you still get their joining up money...this seems nice to me.

I think it is good incentive to become cafe member, even though I haven't upgraded yet, because of personal reasons, but I want to!
