My neighbor smells Marijuana plants or sees me for some reason in my garage and catches a glimpse of a plant, he can call the police and they can get a warrant just on that? What if he thought it was Marijuana and really wasn't? The police still can raid your house? Sounds like people should make those anonymous calls or in some cases you can do it online to some police depts. and make up a story. Soon this would stop when innocent people are Rating: 5
