Well, that's terrible man. The only thing I said to my mom when she caught me was "I'm going to do it whether you allow me or not, and you know it." She did, and agreed to let me do it with certain restrictions. You could try that, but..... your mom doesn't sounds quite as lenient as mine :-p Still worth a try maybe!
