    BUD BUTTER QUESTION

ok so i decided to use all my grow-scraps to make some bud butter (or scrap butter in this case) ....but i have a question or two:

    1) do the scraps (frosty leaves & stems) have to be completely dried to get a good end product?

    2) do i have to use REAL BUTTER or can i use other cooking oils? i have vegetable oil which is what butter substitutes are made of

i know the scraps wouldn't be as high-quality as bud, but i just want to get the best use from the scraps i have without making hash, there's just not enough of the frosty leaves for that...any help/experience is appreciated

    BUD BUTTER QUESTION

Good job on making budder. I use to make budder when I worked at Wal-mart some years ago. I'd bring a few special cookies made with budder, and I'd be flying all day. I just laughed at kids all day.

    1. Yes, they have to be dry to achieve maximum success. When they are dry, it loosens the trichs up, thus making them fall off better.
    2. Hmmm....I'm not sure about the veg.oil. I've never tried that before, so I don't know. I'd just stick with the butter or margarine.

I only make budder with my scraps from grows. Good luck!

    BUD BUTTER QUESTION

dont you want the butter to form a ball when youre done? Vegetable oils like margarine will not return to solid state. use real butter because it will. Ive never made it but I cook all the time and I know once you melt the fake shit it wont re-solidify. Dont waste it man, get some land o lakes.....
