Yes I use it and my grow guru uses it.

It actually works better on some strains than other oddly enuff.

I know first hand that it did my sativa variant far more good than my Indica strain.

Esentially Superthrive is a set of B Vitamins...there are those growers who say straight B complexes are just the same and much cheaper...

I would definately use it again...thru later veg / flower.
