making HERBAL tea?? help me!

i looked and looked, and i have not found any directions here for making the tea everyone speaks of....can someone help me? i have a friend that has been smoking forever, and he's in his 50's now, and has COPD....if he don't stop smoking, it could be real bad.....but it's not fair that he can't get his buzz on!! i want to help him out, i told him i would hook him up somehow. he says he has tried recipes....cakes, brownies, so forth, but he never got a good enough buzz because he could not eat enough it.....i think tea would be great for him. can someone PLEASE post the best recipes they have for tea? one that will work, and you know because you have tried it. THANKS!

Try a Vaporizer..

They heat the bud to the right temperature that THC burns at (I think it's around 300 degrees) so it produces vapors of THC without smoke. (it's pretty much like inhaling air just tastes a lil different.
