Question about the doctors.
Hey guys whats going on? Okay well right im going to the doctors soon cuz ive been having stomach problems, and now my neck is swollen for some odd reason. ANYWAYS, last time i remeber going to the doctor(before i smoked) they asked if i did any recreational drugs, and at the time of course i didnt so i said no. So heres my question when i go again soon, if they ask that question and i answer saying yes marijuana blah blah can that get me in trouble in anyway? I mean id rather be honest with the doctors(even tho i know none of this is cuz of maryjane). So yeah any help appriciated,
Thanks!, penguinsToNeDpEnGuIn420 Reviewed by sToNeDpEnGuIn420 on . Question about the doctors. Hey guys whats going on? I wouldn't write it down anywhere, but I would mention it to the doctor if you felt it might in anyway affect what you're going in for. Like I wouldn't fess up for a broken leg, but maybe if I had a bad respiratory illness.
Theoretically you are protected by doctor/patient privilege ... but that's in theory.

Question about the doctors.
my friend had some weird swollen shit on her neck, and the doctor asked her if she smoked. but that could have been just the standard rhetoric of questions and she was all paranoid.

no you won't get in trouble, as long as it is just you and your GP/doctor, everything you will say to him is very confidential, hes like a therapist to you, you should go to him more often not just about health problems, but as well as life issues.

Worry about your parents not the police. If you are under 18 they can tell your legal guardian about anything that goes on in the appointment.

Like Freebird said, unless the weed maybe somehow contributed to or worsened your condition, what does it hurt to deny it to the very end to someone who might not ever remember your name.
