Dissagree at your own peril, but I am a hot and high maintenence chick, with hot and high maintenence chick friends, it seems universal among us that your personality, wallet and cock would all have to be huge for us to get over the dread situation.

hey hey speak for yourself. Know plenty of chicks with no dreads that drool over dreadies. This is actually a typical reaction from someone who has never had dreads or experienced them via friends. You can run yer fingers easily through dreads and it feels very similar as when it happens through 'normal' straight persons hair. Each person has an own grooming regime for their own dreads. We don't all produce the same amounts of body juices. So each to judge on their own how often they need to maintain their dreadies.
Oh and it's not a look, it's a life style.
And thankfully I don't live in your damned country, luckily I don't experience all that closed mindedness neither do my fello dreadies over here.
Plus whats this bullshit about no makeup types? Aren't we being a bit stereo typical? Sure you got those. I bet ya a million their are just as many female dreadies who do use makeup gracefully. Of which I am one.

oh and by the way, in this comment of yours are you directing this soully on white people with dreads or is your reaction different to black people and their dreads?
I didn't mean to take your reaction quite that personal but you come across as a know it all, and you must admit no matter what the age or experience, no one knows it all.

Each to their own descisions and good luck with the consequences.

first of all, if you want to wear locks, (i don't indentify with the dread part) you have to keep your hair clean and twist your hair once a month. i've been wearing locks for almost six years and my hair is an inch from the base of my back.

and one other thing. rastafari is a religion not only identified by wearing locks.

oh...and scarlett, there are some sisters (like myself) who truly digs a man, (black or white-or other) with locks. you can have a man with a huge memeber and have no clue of what to do with it, but that's for another thread. still luv ya though.

see it's times like this when you get to see just how small my hometown was....;-)
I'm not trying to harsh on you dude. I have experienced the difference first hand in how people treat you.
I used to be fat and gothish, I got NO slack from anyone, anywhere. That is, if they payed attention to me. Now I'm normalish, I dress nicely and ou would be amazed at how accomodating people can be. I get free shit and bumped up in lines all the time, for nothing....

White people with dreads is actually quite racist, each dread represents a year of slavery and a white guy with dreads is taking the piss a bit. No-one will mind where you come from cause not a lot of people know about that, just don't go to Jamaica (sp?) cause you'll probably get killed.

    hahaha lolz.

when I was in the carribean, island under jamaica met enough jamaicans they all took me under their wing as the rasta woman. so killing is a bit of a hyperbole, no.

plus where did you get that story about the slavery thing?
what about the rastafarians, are they discriminating the other blacks because I doubt their reason for having dreads has to do with that.

    whatever you know.
