There is fine line in american justice. If people have mental problems that cause them to kill ppl or hurt kids, then you put them in a psych ward for a while? Unfortunately no country has a perfect. Hey, we are doing the best we can.......I once saw a story about a guy who was in vietnam and he snapped and killed his whole family. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity and stayed a few months in a loony bin, then he was released only to start a new family and kill them too. Its hard to know who is capable of rehabing and whos not.

Last night i did not sleep not one wink so i turned on the tv in bed at about 1 am i seen this thing called 4 corners about how many mentally ill people are in prison in America and not recieving medical attention (this was a prison in ohio).I started to cry i felt so sorry for some of them poor guys there it seems Americans to to jail for farting and it seems the law system spends alot of time on petty crims rather than finding or capturing hard crims.I woke my bf up so i could show him Rating: 5
