Flag Burning Amendment
I agree. But that's what freedom is. In your (our) opinion that's an unproductive way to protest. To other people it isn't. We dont share free speech on different days at different times we share it equally.

If you ban burning the flag that isnt going to stop people. If it's down to burning a baseball then people will do it. Anybody fanatic enough to burn a nation's flag isnt going to just go home and fall asleep since uncle sam said no more lag burning.
