*cough* bullshit *cough* My one brother went in at 17 and let me tell you, there were a shit load of forms for my mother and father to fill out. I was 18 when I went in the first time, and they STILL called my parents and asked about me. As someone already said, if you go into the military and expect to not fight, your just downright stupid.
