maybe you can do a chargeback directly thru your credit card without having to go into the bank - without even having to talk to anyone at your branch...I really sweat buying anything without using paypal or something. I hate paypal and their dumb fees, but I feel more secure using them. A friend of mine just got ripped off by a craft store...the oriental trading company or something...seems someone hacked into their system and took their customers info...it's been a mess for about a week now....

They have HORRIBLE customer service, as they are YET to respond to my various e-mails I sent them about my TWO MISSING BONGS. I ordered two -water-pipes- from them for a total of about $100 back in the end of FEBRUARY. i asked it to be delivered to an overseas location which was supportered as im staying abroad for some time.
