kobeite Reviewed by kobeite on 06-23-2005. should i smoke??? i have to go to court in about 25 days or so :( :mad: and i just want to be clean for court bc im not sure if they drug test u or not for a dui charge, i just wanna burn a bowl or 5 to the dome. i miss my sweet. but im sceptical to this decision. should i say fuck it, or be on the serious side. give me some opinions and your thoughts on this, (put yourself in my situation). :p :p :p Rating: 5

wtf...why would you be drug tested by the court for a dui...i just went to court april 20th for a dui (yes, on 4-20) and they'll suspend your license and tell you what fines to pay...they're not gonna drug test you....you'll have to attend ADSAP classes before you can get a full license back, but you have six months of suspension to take care of that

but they have no reason to drug test you as a court order...they don't do that anyway...you only get drug tested for drug/alcohol abuse CLASSES

sorry to be different than every other person who's posted here, but i speak from very recent experience, and they have no reason to drug test you at the time of your court appearance....go to your local public defender's office and apply for a public defender if you don't work and support yourself...they'll get the judge to make it as easy as possible on you in court, and they'll assure you that you are definitely NOT gonna be drug tested on or immediately after your court date...alcohol was your offense anyways, not illegal drugs

hey jadeius thanks for the tip. thats what i needed, someone with the same experience give me some advice. i have one more question while ur on probo do u get drug tested at all, or the the ADSAP classes test u every month or so. give me as much info as possible. i already have a public defender. hey do u smoke while on probo.
