Basically what I think this does is completely eliminate the trend of marijuana dealing, since most people will be able to get it for free. At that point, the only real reason to deal would be to little kids, however, few will consider that to even be worth it, and even fewer will take the risk since it would be highly punishable.

With these, not only would the problem of Marijuana bringing in unmarked revenues be solved, but I also think that this way MJ would be an "adult thing", and that not as many kids will use it. At worst, it would be like alcohol, which ain't too bad.

Maybe I'm still way too high from last night an my head is just a mess, but just let me know what you think.
The electric company would have to be notified. You would need to get a license to use the electricity then a license to grow MJ. A firesafe inspected grow room. For each new generation you'll have to get all these licenses. To grow if ever where to happen
