For Those Who Like To Cook

i do most my 90% of my own cooking and the kids eat what the hell they want cuase we just rarely on the same page,they cook what they like too or ask me to fix whatever,the x wife when she is here will cook but ive got so used to just doing it when i need to or want to

today i went and checked few plants and on the way back i picked rasberries.
its a bumper crop yr for them here so far,vines if thats the right word are loaded down and they are plenty ripening

i came home rolled one enjoy the ac,washed them,put them in a pot of water and added a cup of sugar,
they began to boil,i let them simmer 5 more minutes
i opened the can bisciuts and cut them up in pieces(about 6 per bisciut)and i put them in ,i covered it and brought back to a slight boil,lowered heat a lil and let them simmer,,,,,,,,simmer down i say,
10 minutes later i have what we call
Berry Dumplings
if ya use home-aid bisciut dough, its really good
i guess it could be called stove top berry cobbler,
i could at the piont of adding bisciuts
add it to baking disk and bake to have a crusty top on it(spinkle lil more sugar on the dough on top
but i like it just simple aint got time to wait
im gonna go eat it now becuase its absolutely delicious
if u like sweet,add more suger,
all ya need is berries sugar ,water and bisciuts,and a lil time
and you will make something make a stoner with the munchies very Happy
ps ill take a pic while it cools a lil
so here does this look good to you

I love raspberries or any berries. My nan used to pick them. I used to mix them up with ice-cream.

and for this evenings meal
having steaks for dinner (with mushrooms)canned ones though
some fried tators(potatoes)
corn bred and
baked apples (cored and filled with brown sugar butter and cinnoman)
maybe green beans(more butter and dash of salt) for some veggie power
making a big jug of sweet iced Tea to wash it down,

and i can hear the calorie counters moan,butter sugar and more sugar !!
i should add im on a FULL time gian wieght diet , i try to gain ,not always can sometimes im happy just not losing any wieght,as long as i got some good ol'Cannabis to calm the ulcers down i usually do ok with that not losing wieght.
like today ive a healthy appetite,and food is good

and nalu yea i love friuts too but must limit my self ,
pears and peaches and things like mango's ,really love watermellon but it dont love me,cantalopes and honey dews
i bet ya get some goodies on da island dont ya?
what the hell is a pappya (pah -pie-ya)no idea how that spelled taise like ?

are we hungry yet?
and hell my freind Big Mike bringing me a bag over too,and usually has the shit that makes ya talk to angels
i wiating on him pull to in now on his way to work, having a smoke as i do.

I have tried and failed to make pemmican I can make it ok but it did not keep well as i have read it can be eaten years after it was first made
my specials are curries Jamaican or Indian you name it im sure i can make it...
