Anime fetishes are becoming more and more common as the art becomes more popular. Sexually oriented anime art is becoming just as popular as pin up art or porn.

Also, based on sort of the same idea, a fetish involving the Japanese schoolgirl or lolita is also becoming very popular. Not just actual Japanese girls (mainly because it's illegal and hard to find an authentic Japanese schoolgirl in the US or UK lol) but any woman (or man) dressing like one. The costuming is actually one of the most important parts of the fetish.
