Grow Room Setup
Hi all can anyone help ive setup my cabinet in my garage at home, Ive set the fan up to extract the air into the garage apossed to outside. Will this be ok? I know that these plants require a large amount of Carbon Dioxide.

What happens when the garage gets full with stale air? Do you have a way to let air in/out of the garage too? Cannabis doesn't need 'large' amounts of CO2, fresh air is good enough. You can get all that CO2 enrichment equipment but it's a bit over the top for a small setup. What lights do you have and will you be growing in soil or hydro?

I too have my closet setup in the garage.
Evacuating the air into the garage is fine.,...the more the bettter.
However, the garage, when closed, will stink up pretty bad.
All you need is an inlet and outlet....and a force to drive the heat out.

Thanks for that, ive installed a carbon filter to deal with the smell. So leaving the garage door open is not to much of a problem, although the neighbours might wonder why every night I leave my garage door wide open. Ive got a 1000w HPS and im growing in 4 OXY pots. So do you think this will be sufficient?

I used to leave the garage door cracked open at the bottom for about 1 foot.
But everytime I had to check on the Whore and Cunt, I had to close the door, lest the entire neighborhood light up when I opened the closet.
Then it got to be really stupid for me to have the grow closet sitting there, all night long, with the garage door open.
Initially a small carbon filter was all I needed too.
But once those plants start kicking into high gear, the issue simply had to be addressed and thats when I bout the giant vortex fan and trash can sized air filter...which by the way, will not even fit in my closet.
So I kinda run the filter in reverse....but it does work.
Personally I luv the stench of the plants but not everyone see's things my way.
I think 1000W HPS is quite sufficient for 4 plants. More than enuff.Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously. O.K so my tiny little filter is going to have next to no effect on the smell, thats a little
bit worring as I live on a huge housing estate and the smell of skunk would bring the neighbours out. Is there any other way I could keep the smell down?

If price is not an issue, you can buy a setup designed specifically for this issue.
If price is an issue, Zandor has this explanation of how to build a chamber outta wood and filters that will work.
Somewhere around here I saw a step by step intro on how to build one.....I just preferred to buy the shit and it works perfectly.
