Lol, it's not because of the govt. I suppose you COULD blame it on people being away for the summer, but i speculate the real reason is that its GROWING SEASON.

No body grows big time during the winter, so we won't have lots of tree for summer.
Everyone grows alot during summer, so we have to wait till this harvest is done (around aug, sept)

Or at least that's how it's worked for me and my area.

What happened to the good ole days when you could get a nice four fingered baggie for $30 or $40. Is a sad day when nasty rotten brain melting drugs like heroin are far cheaper and easier to obtain than some decent green. All the 'war on drugs' has done is take benign things like some good reef off the streets and replaced it with crap that gonna kill you. A sad sad day Rating: 5

Green goodness is muy plentiful here. Just picked up a quarter a few days ago, and we're talking about some flaming shit.
