How old are you? It could be wisdom teeth or something. I'm getting mine out this week, and they've been killing me.

It seems to start at my mouth with a feeling as if my teeth are moving and being pushed against one another. Then it starts to take over my whole head, as if my ears are popping and eventually the low rumbling and tremors (around my ears) turn into a feeling as if my head is exploding body is splitting in half.
