Gold Members may send PMs. The primary reason for the restriction is PM spam - there are various scripts out there that allow one to bulk PM people on vBulletin boards.

Would someone care to enlighten me? Is the only way to cantact a fellow poster, on the board? Ron, I thought this was supose to be an improvement over MariHemp.
