How would you construct the optimum grow room out of this sized room and construction materials without encountering any heat buildup or circulation problems and how many "Indica or mostly indica" plants would you grow in this sized area? Odor will not be an issue. You are allowed to cut the closet door for intake and exhaust purposes.

- 400 Watt HPS System with remote ballast 16 inch Chrome Batwing Reflector and Suspension Cables with Eye Hortilux Super HPS bulb
- 180 CFM Active Air Squirrel Cage Fan
- 8" Inch High x 16" Wide Eave Vent
- 2 Wall Mounted Oscillating Fans
- Timex Outdoor Light Timer
- Surge Protector
- Digital Thermometer

Note: This is equipment that I actually own. I want to see how much your ideas relate to my design. I will post pics as soon as I am done. I would like to have your input on the design as well. I have no problems cutting the closet door for intake and exhaust and once again odor is not an issue.

when i think of my grow i just picture my small plant in a cubpoard with a light timer and a fan, nothing more.... nothing less

What do ya do for the sweet, sweet smell. I assume a carbon filter on the exhaust fan?

i have good imagination


although for my ''dream'' room i have other plans in my mind, not growing in a closet......


dream room is a dream room, not a dream closet......


my dream room would be reality if electricity was not expensive and had plenty of it to use......


so, MY dream room would be a bit different than yours.....


mainly because one 400hps is too little.......


even now that i do not grow in my dream room i use 2x400hps......


anyway, i would use an inverter, a generator to produce 10 kw using diesel.....

for lights i would use at least 10x600 watt hps.....

carbon filters on the exhaust and co2 enrichment


as for the way to grow the plants, i would fill the entire room with NFT boards...



one board of 4x3ft for every light........



the lights would be hang vertically from the ceiling and the walls would be covered with mylar......



also i would need a tank capable to hold around 200 gallons of water......



what else am i missing?



oh, yes.......a few hundred rizla papers to smoke the bud when it comes out.....


with rough calculations i would expect to yield around 20 pounds of weed in every grow.....


technique used, sea of green.........strain that would grow in this setup would be CHRONIC (serious seeds)
