    You're right about Steve Gaines and Allen Collins. I saw them in concert twice before the plane crash, and they were incredible together. The band really grew after Ed King left and Steve joined his sister Cassie, who was a backup singer. How sad that both of them died in the plane crash. I imagine it was horrible for their parents to lose both at once.
