I've got sunstroke.

This always happens to me at the start of summer, I go out thinking it's not too hot and get majorly sunburnt or get sunstroke. LOL. It always ruins the first few days of summer for me.

i never get sun burnt when on holiday i hardly need any sun lotion and the only places i ussaly get burnt is shoulders and everywhere else total tan

i got sun stroke at T in the park a few years back, i brought a rain mac, not sunscreen! Im the same though, total burns through all of summer. So its lucky that the UK get around two weeks worth of summer suppose

I got sunburnt alot as a kid and one time my dad took me away and when i got home i was covered in blisters (fucking huge like 1/2 a golf ball size) from the sun.I also got sunstroke when he took me away one time i was so sick i was kept in hospital with a drip because i was extremeley dehydrated.That will never happen to my lil boy and he is even fairer that me.He is that white that when you look at his tummy its like a glare coming off it lol.He just turned 5 has never been burnt as i always make him wear a hat and sunscreen and keep drinking water even if hes not thirsty.Keep up the fluids ghost and wear a hat.It can be bad if you fall asleep in the sun.SLIP SLOP SLAP
