 Summer ConcertsHi Guys,

Spur of the moment last night, got up to Tweeter Center in Mass for Santana / LosLoneyBoys concert. Got tix at box-office at showtime, and for some reason, 2 tix 20th row center was available. Nice. Show was excellent, Santana backed up by 10 piece percussion / horn / keyboard / guitars / vocalist. A nice mix of classics (Evil Ways, Black Magic Woman, Smooth, Maria Maria, Oye Como Va), covers (from John Coltrane and John Lee Hooker), and latin stuff.

LosLonelyBoys provided some nice Texas blues and played as warm-up as well as a few songs with Santana.

I just love summer concerts, especially in small/medium sized outdoor venues. For whatever reason, I am not turned on by large stadium superstar concerts.DonnieDarko Reviewed by DonnieDarko on . Summer ConcertsThe cool thing about classic rock concerts is that you do see both parents and kids attending. KISS in 1978 must have rocked.

 Summer ConcertsHello,

This will be my lady and I's third year in a row of catching Dave.

We have also cought Counting Crows, Live, Aerosmith, Fuel, Government Mule, Bob Dylan (2002), Robby Krieger (guitarist for the Doors), The Wailers, Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers, George Clinton And the P-Funk All Stars, the list goes on...

I have been hitting shows now for six years. My lady bought tickets for me and her both to see Robby Krieger, we split a quarter of mushrooms before the show.

I was worried that we were going to stand out, that is until we go inside for the show. We were instantly lost in a crowd of like minded people who came to dance to them music of the Doors.

That show pretty much got us hooked on going out and seeing as many as we can.

 Take care

 Peace

Summer ConcertsDave Matthews was here last night. The arena is on a mountain along with other events. There was also a baseball game and a golf tournament going on at the same time as the start of the concert. Traffic was impossible....it was on the news. Talk about piss poor planning.

I'm going to a concert in July with my bestfriend. We see stupid hair bands every summer....I'm not even sure who I am seeing but I know I'll remember all of the words. We mostly go to get away for a girls' night out, dress slutty, drink too much, and see how much we can possibly get away with without getting arrested.
