Mr. Roger Clinton also funded JDAMS(Smart Bombs, but WAY cheaper and more effective) Clinton made a stockpile of these.This is a quote from Lawrence J. Korob(Director of Nation Security Studies at the Council of Foriegn Realtions) "The fact of the Matter is that most of the credit for the successful military operation should go to the Clinton Admin." Korb was also the assistant secretary of Defense during the Regan era.

So Bush took Clinton's Army and put a little spice to it. Clinton has the most credit to what the military is today!

All of the credit,goes to our men and women in uniform,not some dang democrapper,who wrote in a letter,how much he 'loathed' the military.

Clinton merely put his signature,on ideas that were from military personnel,as usual though,the 'boss',gits all the credit.
