Well I have one idea for you. Move the plant to the woods. That would take care of both of your problems. Don't get caught it's not worth it, be cool and stay safe.

I predict your mother will catch you before your plant finishes.

But if you are hell bent on growing then good luck and stay safe. Active Charcoal carbon scrubber should deal with the odor.
