My Polypoid Update....its growing pretty slow

compared to my other plants this one is much slower growing. although i did remove many leaves due to the fact that its getting infested with these little red dots on the leaves which is shown in a thread a few below or above this one....maybe thats the reaosn its growing slower? from the top view it kinda looks like its 2 plants.

My Polypoid Update....its growing pretty slow

Polypoids are genetic mishaps although not worthless by any means. The reason it is called a polypoid is because the genetic structure of that plant has twice the chromosones a normal plant has. These plants are actually rare so be proud you have one. Due to the mutated genetic makeup polypoids tend to grow slower than regular plants because it has to use alot of energy to grow the extra mass. From my experiences I have been growing for over ten years and I have only run across two polypoids in all that time. If you take care of it and make it to flowering you can expect almost twice the yield that it's particular stain can grow but the buds won't be any more potent just more of them. Remember you may never see a polypoid again if your lifetime so make sure you treat this one like your child. You will be impressed. Good luck and keep posting those pics.

They were caused by spider mites.
