2 Nutmeg questions

I have done some research on Nutmeg, and I have 2 questions..

1.) Is it worth it, or is it just a desperate way for a buzz like listerine?

2.) Can old bottles from many years ago still work with the same effects.

in my opinion not worth it... it tastes so rank man! just try it for yourself!

none of it ever had effect on me so i dunno about old stuff

hmm, i see. I might as well try it, I saw a few websites that showed you what dose to take by your weight, and I will try some of the older stuff in a can and hope to get something like some of the articles on Erowid have. Might turn out to just taste crappy and do nothing like you say, but it wont hurt to try i guess.

I tried a table spoon of it, tasted like shit, soooo dry when you eat it and felt nothing (took it at about 8pm 1 night)
then the next morning i felt a bit buzzed, and i was sitting here at the laptop and looked into the bathroom and 1 of the towels was all wavy and shit, then i was seeing like lines of orange all over the place, pretty kool! (orange lines like flourescent (sp?) orange) so it wouldn't hurt to try it!

I used to eat a container of it. Im not sure of the size. But when mixed with weed, the buzz was good. I was stoned for a day straight.

you can smoke nutmeg for a very mild high. its better than nothing and tastes a lot better that way. hell im smokin it now. a friend in need is a friend indeed a friend with weed is better. wayy better

I tried it once when I had no weed, I ate about half a jar of a 30-g net weight ground nutmeg. I woke up the next morning sick, tire, and feverish with beet red eyes, feeling dizzy. I finally crawled out of bed and suddenly felt slightly stoned. I took some activated carbon for nausea, and went to the bathroom where I experience some serious constipation. I would never do that again.

Nope, me and my friend went and got some fresh nutmegs and then mixed 5 for each of us into a nasty mix of milk and nesquik and nutmeg. After chugging it and feeling quesy, we did not feel the slightest high at all. What a dissapointment. Ill stick to weed
