Non weed vent
I agree with looseends--if something CAN go wrong, it will. Just enjoy your day. For me, I had 2 misphaps. First, you need to know my fear of spiders (being that we now live on 4 acres, I am working on that!!!). So we are out in front of the church after the wedding, getting pictures taken...I look down, and this huge spider is crawling up my dress. I flip out, throw my flowers, and commence to running about and screaming like a banshee. No one knew what the hell was wrong with me!!! My veil blew off and everything. So, later at the reception, I had a bit too much of the bubbly. And the shots. And the beer. There was a limbo contest, and I won. LOL Problem was, in all my flailing about, I ripped my dress open in the back---zipper and all. So I am in the bathroom crying my eyes out, with every auntie I have in there trying to make it all better...and I am just screaming "Fucking dress! I paid $800 for this stupid fucking dress and it rips? Fuckers anyhow." Well, the more I said "fuck" the more red the faces of the elderly aunts got...and they quickly left one by one. Took the dress off, put on comfy clothes, and got back to the reception.
Point is, if something goes wrong, just move on, and have a BLAST!!! You could end up like me, 9 years later saying "Why the hell didn't I take the $10K my parents offered, and go get married in Jamaica?????" LOL Seriously, go with the flow, enjoy YOUR day, and tell us ALL about it!!!! Also, let us know what happened with the dress!IrieAllie Reviewed by IrieAllie on . Non weed vent I am so very upset right now. I feel like I want to cry. The bitch at the seamstress made my gown too tight around the boob area and I could'nt even breath and my wedding is only a week and 2 days away. *BAWL* And then I wanted an austrain bustle (like poofy in the back like victorian style) and she simply just wanted to pick up the back from the end and pin it up, wtf!!!! I am so mad! Rating: 5

The dress is a big part of the wedding no doubt. The one you have may not be the exact way you want it, but it is nice. They should be able to let the top out with little trouble. That said, the wedding is not just about the dress as you know. When you look back at your wedding later in life, the dress issue will be a funny story and will be a distant memory. Good Luck. P.S. Do not take it out on huddy to be. lol
