I have had a good time reading about everyone's trips. I haven't fryed in years.... 8 of them to be exact but 'cid used to be my drug of choice. Reading your experiences really bring back memories. Mescaline, DXM or whatever... never done that.. .just shrooms and acid. Anyway... here's one of my stories. It's from memory so it won't be as detailed as dick justice's, good job narrating BTW, Dick.

Anyway... Late November, 1995. Dropped 5 hits of "Max Headrooms" (had a picture of Max Headroom on every 4 hit block) with about 5 of my friends. Pouring rain like a SOB. Sacramento, CA. We were driving down Baseline RD in roseville area when the shit started to kick in. The driver got super paranoid (first time trippin) so we pulled over in this field.

Started to peak when the right when the sun went down. This girl, Robin proped up a 2x4, about 7 ft long, that was split at the top with part of it hanging off to the side like half a lowercase "t". There was some construction plastic hanging off of the top and side. Me, Carl, Amanda, and Tim dropped to our knees and tim cried out "JESUS!" All of us were under the impression she had proped up the cross, haha. Robin dropped to her knees and threw her hands up toward the "Cross". She had let go, however, and the 7 foot peice of wood came toppling down on her. hahaha. Tim said "You have been dammed" and then we all started busting up.

Robin went back to the car and popped the trunk to get something out. Carl looked back at her and screamed "shit" or something of that nature. I looked back and jumped up running toward robin. See, I thought that she was being "attacked" and by the time I got up there, figured out she was just putting on a different sweater. Swear to god I thought someone was coming out of her trunk and attacking her. Everyone laughed at me and said "Shit... you thought she was being attacked by her sweater."

So we also keeled around this mini lake and looked at our reflections. We were kindof talking to them in a way but I don't remember about what. I remember seeing lilypads floating in circles at the surface. and so did everyone else. A mysterious reflection, in the middle of all of ours would move his mouth but say nothing. In his mouth I remember seeing the sunset even though the sun was down by this time. Pretty dark, stars out and whatnot.

Anyway. I told that last part because the next day we all came back to that spot to check it out again and discovered that our "Mini lake" was nothing but a shallow hole/dent in the ground. We saw all of our knee prints in a circle around it. Robin mentioned how she washed a shit load of dirt off her face that next morning and then recalled how she "Washed herself" with the "Majical waters". I remember her saying "It feels so smooth, so cold" as she was rubbing mud all over her face hahah.

So for some reason that seems to be the trip that came to my mind just now. I hope it was enjoyable. I sure enjoyed remembering it. Have fun trippin all and keep writing about them. I know I'll never "fry balls" again so I might as well read about your experiences. BTW... to they still say "fry balls"... just wondering.
