You cannot and will not be able to answer this question without taking into consideration of a factor you have not revealed....

What is the temperature of the INCOMING air?

If the incoming air is about 80F, no level of CFM, even 1000cfm is gonna reduce the temp 10 degrees....or 5 degrees for that matter.

The temp of the air circulating is dependent upon the temp of the fresh air intake.

REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE OF THE GROW SPACE.
