Paul can't really be taken seriously.
Well my main beef with this guy is that he labels himself a republican.

Libertarian views are American if you ask me.

But I am not against taxes, they are needed, but we have them going to all the wrong places. And Federal funding of schools public and private needs to stop.

Welfare and other forms of feeding a man a fish instead of teaching him to fish need to be ended.

We should take a stand that if its not made here it doesnt get sold here. Letting the Pharms outsource to Mexico and other third world countries is ridiculuos. There are many more examples, like clothing and foods.

Electorial College is a joke, it needs to be reformed to popular vote. Along with reform, there needs to be federal funding of campaighns, no private donations, a set limit, and the same amount for ALL candidates that run for president.

That puts a stop to all the bullshit, and gives the American people more choices than 2 to vote on. Do this because we all dont fit into 2 nice little catogories. And it levels the playing feild for all candidates.

We need to get out of other countries and worry about our own first.

As for the UN, well, we need to stay in it, but we should not be holding things over others heads to further our current governments illegal actions.

We also left the world court if I am not mistaken, because they are looking into charges that Bush and cohorts illegally invaded a soverieghn country who showed no outward aggression to anyone.

Leaving the UN now would be pitting ourselves against the world, and thats just stupid to think we can take them all on.

Peace.

But this time the UN power grabbers aren??t European liberals; they are American neo-conservatives, who plan to use the UN to implement their own brand of world government.
