I never used one or even tried it. We had a lemon tree at one of our houses. But that one tree was not enough for the whole grow. The cost of limes (and lemons for that matter) over the course of one grow will cost you more money and take more time then using the store bought brands. of Ph up and down.

I would save the lemons for pie and the limes for my beer if I were you guys.
