and yes it would be possible, of course not by conventional thoughts, but it is possible. if for some reason there was a hole in the wall between the two then some could seep through, and of course yes if she farted it out it could work it's way up there. even the statistics posted above prove it's possible, and while doesn't happen often isn't rare either, 8% is a significant ammount imo.
