cops actually usually arn't hard asses if you just have a little weed

a couple days ago my friend was smokin with some friends in her car and the cops pullde her over he just told them not to do that while they were driving then left.

Anyway, there was an incedent where a couple of teens were pulled over by some cops for throwing litter out the car. The cops ask to search the car becuase he can smell weed. The cops tell them that if its just a small amount for personal use they would be let go (which you probably wouldn't believe if it was you, and rightly so).
