It depends on your parents really though. One time I remember smoking under my covers when my parents had gone out (dryer sheet method), they came home as I finished and my mom went crazy asking why my room smelled like pot. There was no smoke though, I simply denied it, hid my shit good and went to sleep.

No you guys go at it all wrong have them tell you the changes they have seen in you. i doubt it has effected your life in any negitive way except for a little less cash but hell almost EVERYTHING cost money. tell them you can be responsible about it. If that is not your style what works for me is act like its not a big deal. The more you rebel the sooner it will be before you win the war. Im not saying break off froms your parents but when you leave don't tell them where your going and them when you come back just walk right up like its no big deal. I bet your parents drink, tell them you think they should stop drinking because its the same sort of thing. Hell just tell them your going to not do it in their house( you really not do that, it is there house) but when you leave the house do whatever you want.

I was once employed at a residential treatment center for teens....do you know how many parents freak out when they find their kid smokin weed. I dont have anymore advice, except that kids who dont try to deny it or justify tend to get away easier...

I say if you're living under their roof, you have to live by their rules. How old are you. I say just smoke when you're away from home. There is no point with agruing with parents.

I'd suggest that you tell them the good effects. first, ask them if they would prefer u smokin cigs, which are way more nocive, and weed isnt addictive.

second, inform them about the good sides of weed, and that u like it, and why wouldnt u smoke it if it brings u good things.

and just tell them they cant force you to not smoke anyway, and that if they dont want u to smoke inside the house its kool.
