Writing about legalization of Marijuana
It's cool that you are writing your paper on this subject. There are not a lot of smokers I know that try to spread the word about the injustice of Marijuana laws. Please post again and tell us how it goes for you!
You are the deciding factor in your life!

Writing about legalization of Marijuana
If you want the truth about MJ being legal in Canada go to http://members.msn.com/nocookies.msnw or http://medpot.net/ The laws on prohibition were made of no force & effect as of Aug. 1, 2001 Terry Parker Day. They say they resurected it in Oct of 2003, but the government didn't legislate it & the court that they say made the new law has refused to sign the order saying they made it law again. We're in court tomorrow to try our motion to quash again. The man behind these motions has been in this fight from the start. Good luck in school

Writing about legalization of Marijuana
There IS a Law in Canada regarding Cannabis. IF you can confuse a lower Court Judge to believe your banter, THEN you MIGHT have a chance. MOST PEOPLE WOULD LOSE.
Please people beware. A few people, led by an eccentric man by the name of John Turmel, are running around Canada telling people this.
IF - there is no Law, I am wondering why people are still getting arrested and CHARGED with Marijuana issues all across Canada ???
Please UNTIL YOU WIN, don't spread the word too far.
You are putting other people in jeopardy - ask ANY Lawyer in the Country.
Be responsible.

We are already taking John's motions to SUPERIOR court & his motion to stop ALL MJ prosicutions against everyone Canada wide is being heard in the SUPREME court very soon...hope they aren't TOO confused in the higher courts by the ROCK SOLID arguements he's put together....
There are more than a few people backing John...there are over 6 motions being addressed so far & the numbers are growing bigger every time someone actually READS & comprehends his work.
AM "IF - there is no Law, I am wondering why people are still getting arrested and CHARGED with Marijuana issues all across Canada ???"
Why would you wonder??? You were part of the Hitzig-Myrden resurection order that was only put there to screw everyone. If it wasn't for THAT case they wouldn't have been able to pretend that a court can make or resurect laws.......it had already been deemed dead......The Kreiger Supreme court of Canada decesion came after the Hitzig-Myrden miracle law making case & is binding to all of Canada...the thing is it's been covered up by media blacklisting & every case presented to the LOWER "confused" courts has been dismissed citing the great Hitzig-Myrden decision as the reason.....You should be ashamed of that GREAT decision that "repaired" Canada's dead law......
Cops will still bust you...WE NEVER said they wouldn't....what WE do say, if you take the time to READ & GET INVOLVED is that we have the proof that they don't have the right to keep busting us all for marijuana related "offenses" & that we have the PERFECT way to fight back.....John has put together motion kits for people to use ....FREE & he's gotten several people out of jail with these kits.....Ask Mike South who just got out on the Monday before Christmas....
AM "You are putting other people in jeopardy - ask ANY Lawyer in the Country."
What jeopardy are you talking about?....John's motions will NOT effect your trial in any way...unless we ALL win......in other words to make it real simple for ya they can't use ANYTHING from the motions in your trial....get it??? Only positive things can come from it, no harm, no foul & at least you know you tried everything possible to help the cause.....
As a matter of fact we've shown a few lawyers & our arresting officer the motion we are using & they were very interested in having a copy. One lawyer has offered to present it in court for one of the members of our team.....
Most lawyers will only do what is most familiar to them & the what is the quickest to clear the court....don't like to rock the boat..... One lawyer told our friend to plead guilty, because "we steam line things here, get it over with quick" ....sad but there are MANY lawyers that are just out to LINE their pockets....but you know all about that...right?
Besides why would ANY lawyer want to use the one arguement that is going to STOP them from making ANY more money from future bust cases??? DUHHHHHH
AM "Please UNTIL YOU WIN, don't spread the word too far. "
Why would you want us to stop getting people out of jail or giving them the best opportunity to fight their charges????
This doesn't sound like you want to beat prohibition down at ALL!!!
You sound like your more for decrimm than legalization....
We have always been leary to believe people when their actions speak so loud & the fact that you represent the LAW ENFORCEMENT Against Prohibition.....like COPS right..doesn't help....
Maybe you should look past your indifferences toward John & educate yourself a little more on what is in John's motions & what has actually been going on in the courts.
We'd love to hear your opinion, once you've actually looked into what John's doing....many high profile people have agreed that it's a good arguement....
Not many people have the opportunity to make a difference like you do, being so high profile in the acrivism community....
We can tell you what you could do to save thousands of people......learn about & let people know about these kits...with the many people that you speak to YOU could make a real difference.....

Writing about legalization of Marijuana

As the marijuana constitutional winner for Canada, I find Alisons
comments uneducated and ill informed. If not for Mr. John Turmel's
intervention, for declaration for no force nor effect of marijuana prohibition
under the CDSA, we would have been back in jail, over the contempt of
the crown attorney's office. I wish I knew John back in 1979, when participating in a study entitled The Effects Of Marijuana In Seizure
Activity In Man, by doctors Peter Carlen and Maryanne Lee of the Toronto
Addiction Research Centre. No doubt, John would have alerted my person of the misrepresentation by Carlen, Lee, and Marlys Edwardh, and avoid nine weeks of non-therapeutic human experimentation.
We almost got sucked in again, only by Alan Young, and his misrepresentation before the courts, and those he represents.
Personally, I am quite shocked as to what I have witnessed, so are a lot of other people. Alan's conduct and behavior is no indifferent than Marlys Edwardh, who got me sucked into a nine week study non-therapeuitc study
with THC delta nine, under the guise as a "marijuana pill" We were not informed, that cannabidiol (CBD) was excluded from this "marijuana pill"
as to insure a through investigation of marijuana for epilepsy.
Alan like Marlys, has no interests for the welfare of marijuana consumers,
rather, make us slaves to prohibition, and the continual threat by our
non-therapeutic pharmaceutical industry.
Thank God for John Turmel, to work out the bullshit. John's applications
of Application to Dismiss, are having charges withdrawn, because Parker rules, with the reinforcement of the Krieger decision. In the Regina vs
Kraemer case in Oshawa, the crown tried snowjob my friend Sandy into
thinking Hitzig re-established marijuana prohibition. I told him to go fuck his
hat, since Hitzig is NOT parliment, Kraemer is going to have her application heard. Sandy pushed the application, only for the crown to withdraw the
charges, for "humanatarian purposes"
If not for John's application to dismiss, Sandy would be looking at a criminal record and 24 hours community service, which is difficult for her with two ailing parents. John is a breath of fresh air, when compared to the
legal and medical misrepresentation, we have endured over the years.
More I think about, John would be ideal as the next leader of the Marijuana Party. Here is a guy who is actually doing it, representing
the interests of marijuana consumers right across Canada, and helping peoiple stay out of jail.
Those who listen Alison, are walking into the hands of misrepresentation
and our pharmaceutical house of Frankenstein.
Such as 1979, history is indeed repeating itself. Only this time we
have John Turmel, so we won't get fooled again.
Instead of dissing John, we should be applauding him.
Yours,
Terry Parker Jr.
