nah the weed wont show up unless they were testing you for drugs, in which case it defintely will

As hoddedclum said, it depends on what the doctor orders tests for. The lab will only perform those tests the physician orders, and those which are required either by state law or lab policy, such as HIV screenings. If a toxicology screening is not ordered, it won't be performed, generally speaking.
